





Postnatal Fitness 2 -COMING SOON
Postnatal Fitness 2 is for all Mummies who feel strongly about moving and are excited to get back to the gym. This class will give you a nice little glow at the end as intensity will go up a notch. Getting back to fitness at a regular gym setting can be daunting but it is just a step away and personalized to you and your needs. This class includes pelvic floor strengthening, functional movements with bodyweight or free weight, a little cardio and stretching.
Babies are welcome to join of course. Please bring a bouncer, car seat or blanket for your Bubba to be on.
