My name is Lea, I am a driven fitness enthusiast.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and I am a professional Dog Groomer. I worked in both fields prior to becoming a mother and a Certified Personal Trainer.
My passion for fitness started at a young age and has grown ever since. I had my first contact to Functional Fitness through Julie Meyer-LeClair. After trying Crossfit for the first time I think I sold my soul to Fitness.
My goal is to bring fitness to EVERY BODY in a fun yet safe environment. My focus is to keep pregnant women moving, helping women throughout their postpartum period by regaining strength and focusing on the pelvic floor. Of course, some kick-ass group TRX Classes will also be available weekly.
As a certified personal trainer, I am very happy to help you define your SMART goals and to achieve as well as maintain them. You will get Personalized attention for a workout plan suitable for your own needs and abilities, a workout buddy that is kinda a little obsessed towards being knowledgeable about fitness technique to maximize results and avoid injury.
