All Mommies with a Doctors clearance min. 6 weeks post birth are welcome. This course is also suitable if your child is already older, and you have not done any pelvic floor strengthening since the birth of your Bubba.
Babies are welcome to join of course. Please bring a bouncer, car seat or blanket for your Bubba to be on.
