POWERHOUSE FITNESS is a place for everyone to learn, train, and belong. My focus is to keep pregnant women moving, helping women throughout their postpartum period by regaining strength and focusing on the pelvic floor. Of course, some kick-ass group TRX Classes will also be available weekly.

TRX FULL BODY
TRX Full Body is a high-intensity workout. After a good warmup, let me guide you through all exercises creating fatigue one section at a time. All exercises offer modifications and variations suitable to your body. TRX Fully Body will give you a proper glow despite being a low impact on your joints and bones.
